The credentials I am providing are exclusively for real estate transaction management platforms (such as MLS, e-signature, compliance, and showing systems). I confirm that:
- I am not providing credentials that can be used to access any bank accounts, financial institutions, brokerage accounts, or any system capable of transferring or accessing funds.
- Amplified Transactions will use these credentials solely to perform transaction coordination tasks on my behalf.
- I release Amplified Transactions from any liability arising from my providing credentials to non-transaction systems, and I understand it is my responsibility to ensure I only share appropriate platform access.
