Multiple billing arrangements for transaction coordination and listing coordination services are available (as described in the tabs below). We accept check payments by mail and accept credit card or ACH transfer (bank account) payments through our payments processor.

In most states we can send an invoice to the closer and have the payment for our transaction coordination services deducted directly from your commission at closing. This makes the whole process worry free for both you and us. 

Every real estate agent using our transaction coordination or listing coordination service is able to be billed directly. Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid using one of the methods described above. 

Brokerages who take advantage of our transaction coordination services can elect to have all or some services billed directly to the brokerage. Many brokerages choose to pay for transaction coordination services for their agents, leaving listing coordination services up to the agents to pay themselves.
