Owner/Transaction Manager

Kerri decided to start Amplify after realizing the need for something better - a company that encourages relationships between transaction coordinators and their agents. Kerri is a licensed broker who enjoys the transaction side of real estate over sales. Kerri initially worked for a larger firm training TC's. When profits got in the way of standards, Kerri decided it was time to go. With the support of her husband, Amplify was born.

Kerri is the mother of two children and two furry babies. When not working, she enjoys going on road trips, exploring unique towns along the way. When the road leads to an ocean, swimming and some watersports are a must. Visiting museums is also a favorite.

Jennifer is a rock star transaction coordinator that has been with Amplify for several years. She has over ten years of experience in real estate, seven of which have been as a TC. She is passionate about halping clients navigate what can be a stressful process. Her TC superpower is communication - she makes it her mission to ensure you and your clients stay informed at every step. 

Jennifer lives in the St. Louis Missouri area. Outside of work, she is a car enthusiast and loves spending time with her husband and children.  Jeniffer shares her home with four pets: a Dutch rabbit, a Basset Hound, a Weimaraner, and a supermutt cutie.

Amy is a dedicated transaction coordinator with twenty years of experience in real estate and four years specializing as a TC. Her TC superpower is being a "Deadline Dynamo" - meticulously managing timelines to ensure every transaction is seamless and on time. Amy's goal is to make your real estate journey smooth and stress-free with clear communication and a focus on punctuality. 

Amy joins us from Tennessee. When she is not TC'ing, you will find her solving puzzles and spending time with her dog and cat.

Alicia is a dedicated transaction coordinator and has been with Amplify since 2023. She has worked as dedicated TC gor a group of agents for many years before joining us. Alicia brings positive vibes and a wealth of knowledge to every transaction she handles.

Logan is a seasoned transacion coordinator who has worked with amplify since 2022. She is an expert in collaborating with agents nationwide to manage every aspect of their real estate listings and transactions.

Logan met her husband Josh while studying at Clemson. She lives and loves all things Charleston! For Logan,  working from home is a must so she can spend time with her two assistants"- her wonderful son and their yellow lab. Together, they keep her on her toes and bring joy to her daily routine.

Leslie is one of Amplify's newer transaction coordinators who brings over seven years of real estate experience to our table. She prides herself in behind- the-scenes details and works to ensure even the most stressful transaction comes out smooth. 

Leslie lives in South Carolina where she enjoys outdoor activities with her little girl. She loves indulging on cheesy romantic novels and is a huge holiday enthusiast - December is her time to shine !

Giuliana is an experienced transaction coordinator and is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. She has been a TC for several years and tackles transactions with speed and accuracy.  

Giuliana is morning person. She teaches yoga, breath work, and meditation first thing in the morning helping her live in the moment. She takes acting and dancing classes as well  which connect her with her creative self. She loves learning new sports and reading new books, especially self-knowledge and self-improvement generes. She is a vegetarian whose favorite dish is none other than veggie sushi!
