Kerri
Owner / Transaction Manager
Kerri decided to start Amplify after realizing the need for something better - a company that encourages relationships between transaction coordinators and their agents. Kerri is a licensed broker who enjoys the transaction side of real estate over sales. Kerri initially worked for a larger firm training TC's. When profits got in the way of standards, Kerri decided it was time to go. With the support of her husband, Amplify was born.
Kerri is the mother of two children and two furry babies. When not working, she enjoys going on road trips, exploring unique towns along the way. When the road leads to an ocean, swimming and some watersports are a must. Visiting museums is also a favorite.

Transaction Coordinator / Team Lead
Leslie brings over seven years of real estate experience to our table. She prides herself in behind- the-scenes details and works to ensure even the most stressful transaction comes out smooth.
Leslie lives in South Carolina where she enjoys outdoor activities with her little girl. She loves indulging on cheesy romantic novels and is a huge holiday enthusiast - December is her time to shine !

Brittany
Transaction Coordinator
Brittany is a seasoned Transaction Coordinator who has been managing successful closings since December 2021. Brittany's background as an agent gives her a deep understanding of the needs & pressures of the business. She loves being a TC because she gets to combine her passion for paperwork and organization with the satisfaction of helping agents and clients celebrate their wins.
Brittany currently resides in Euharlee, Georgia. When she isn't busy ensuring every detail is squared away, she is often cheering from the sidelines at her children's baseball, soccer, and football games. For her downtime, Brittany can usually be found outside with a coffee or curled up with a good mystery novel and her 2 furry companions: a Golden Retriever & Boxer.
Logan
Transaction Coordinator / Team Lead
Logan is a seasoned transacion coordinator who has worked with Amplify since 2022. She is an expert in collaborating with agents nationwide to manage every aspect of their real estate listings and transactions.
Logan met her husband Josh while studying at Clemson. For Logan, working from home is a must so she can spend time with her two assistants"- her wonderful son and their yellow lab. Together, they keep her on her toes and bring joy to her daily routine.

Sarah
Transaction Coordinator
Sarah has been a licensed Realtor since 2021 and brings over three years of transaction coordination experience to the team. She thrives on bringing order to the chaos and making sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed so agents and clients can relax and enjoy the process.
She lives in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, where you can usually find her on the sidelines as a proud soccer mom or at the dog park with her two pups. At home, her two dogs and two cats keep life anything but boring. Her TC superpower? Staying three steps ahead—she’s the one catching issues before they even happen and keeping every deal running smoothly!
Rachel
Transaction Coordinator
Rachel has been a transaction coordinator since 2023. Though her license is currently inactive, Rachel is a licensed real estate agent, giving her valuable insight into the transaction process from an agent's perspective. Her core philosophy is driven by a love for streamlining the closing process, as she enjoys making agents' lives easier. Her TC Super Power is "Mastering each step with balance so every agent & client gets my full focus".
Based in Watkinsville, GA, Rachel balances her professional life with an active personal routine. She enjoys running and strength training, along with making time to read and drink coffee. Most of her free time is spent doing things with her kids. She also shares her home with her three dogs.
