Kerri is amazing. I had a TC for the past 1.5 years that had to leave for personal reasons. I was kind of lost and then I found Amplify Transaction Services. Kerri takes the ball and runs with it. She is in contact with all parties several times a week and so detail oriented. I never have to worry that something is not being addressed. This is the first time in many years that I’m actually at ease and not stressed out on having to this on my own. I highly recommend her company
