Kerri is an absolute joy to work with as a transaction coordinator ?? she always promptly responded to me, even during evenings and weekends, and she was consistently polite, capable and professional. It??s so wonderful to work with non-adversarial transaction coordinators when I am representing either a buyer or seller on the ??other side? of the table, and Kerri even exceeds that ?? she kept communications timely, smooth and positive the whole time.

I have opinions about these transaction coordinators, whether they are worth the cost or even helpful. I don’t have that perspective about Logan…she was very responsive and proactive as well about things that are oftentimes missed and henceforth cause delays. She was ALWAYS positive as you can never have too much of that. Overall she was a pleasure indeed to work with.
